Outside the Wire (OTW) is a community-run DayZ server network. We are not affiliated with Bohemia Interactive. Deer Isle and Deadfall are community-made maps.

Store items are digital licenses for use on OTW servers only. They have no real-world value, can't be resold, and may be adjusted when game, mod, or map updates require it. Items marked as surviving wipes do; anything else follows its listing.

Access to the servers and Discord is conditional on following the server rules. Breaking them can mean losing access — purchased or not. Bans do not entitle you to a refund.

You must be 18+, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to make a purchase. The servers and store are provided as-is; features may change or be retired as the community evolves.

All sales are final. Everything in the store is a digital item delivered by our team: server perks and clan tags within 24–48 hours, SendFX retextures and bundles within 1–14 days.

We will refund or replace a purchase if it was never delivered within its window, you were charged twice, or there was a clear billing error. Open a ticket in Discord and we'll sort it.

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first results in a permanent store ban. Talk to us — we're reasonable.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe in USD. We never see or store your card details.

When you link Discord we store your Discord ID, username, and avatar, plus your purchase history and delivery status. That's it — and it's used only to deliver items, grant roles, and support you.

Card and payment data is handled entirely by Stripe under their privacy policy. We never sell or share your data with anyone.

Want your data removed? Open a ticket. We may keep purchase records where required for accounting, but everything else goes.
